Photograph usage terms

Photographs may be used free of charge to report on ILaB and its activities in non-commercial professional and educational materials and in editorial media coverage, including by commercial publishers.

Advertising, sales promotion, selling the photographs, inclusion in stock libraries and other standalone commercial uses require ILaB’s prior written permission.

Cropping and resizing are permitted if they preserve the content and meaning of the image. Photographs must not be used in a misleading context or imply that ILaB endorses a product or service.

Include the source: ILaB, www.i-lab.cz. This source acknowledgement does not identify the photographer.
